A/Mo - "Vigorous Assassin''
Apologies if the idea/build name has been done before, I haven't exactly been up to date with the assassin build community for a while.
Criticism/changes etc appreciated
Im thinking of ditching healing prayers alltogether and going with feigned neutrality and return, as well as a slightly different chain. Would this be better?

Dagger Mastery: 12 (11+1)
Healing Prayers: 10
- Golden Lotus Strike (Dagger Mastery)
If it hits, this attack strikes for +17 damage. If you are under the effects of an enchantment, you gain 11 Energy.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:15
- Golden Phoenix Strike (Dagger Mastery)
If you are not under the effects of an Enchantment, this skill misses. If it hits, Golden Phoenix Strike deals +26 damage.
Energy:10 Cast:0 Recharge:8
- Twisting Fangs (Critical Strikes)
Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, Twisting Fangs strikes for +17 damage and struck foe suffers from Bleeding and Deep Wound for 16 seconds.
Energy:10 Cast:0 Recharge:15
- Moebius Strike [Elite] (Dagger Mastery)
Must follow a Dual Attack. If it hits, Moebius Strike strikes for +30 damage. If you strike a foe whose Health is below 50%, all your other attack skills are recharged.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:2
- Death Blossom (Dagger Mastery)
Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, Death Blossom strikes for +40 damage against target foe and all adjacent foes take 40 damage.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:12
- Live Vicariously (Healing Prayers)
While you maintain this Enchantment, whenever target ally hits a foe, you gain 12 Health.
Energy:5 Cast:2 Recharge:0
- Vigorous Spirit (Healing Prayers)
For 30 seconds, each time target ally attacks or casts a Spell, that ally is healed for 15 points.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:4
- Resurrect (Monk other)
Resurrect target party member. Target party member is returned to life with 25% Health and zero Energy.
Energy:10 Cast:6 Recharge:5
